Stressed? Overloaded? Worried about work?

Let me help you determine and define your professional development needs, assist you in creating an action plan to achieve your desired outcomes and support you in achieving your planned goals.

Experienced as a senior manager in HE for over fifteen years, I specialise in executive coaching for Leaders and Managers, especially in Higher Education, across the UK. A qualified executive coach, accredited at Master’s level by the University of the West of England. I work with individuals and organisations.

Whether you’re an individual or an organisation, I can help you.

You can email me at info@iCoachHE.com, phone me on +447779 082335 or contact me via LinkedIn.

Coaching can be in person or by phone and I’m happy to meet you and work with you face-to-face if it’s practical to do so. At our first meeting, which is  without obligation, we will work together to determine your priorities and explore how you can achieve your goals.

If you are happy to proceed, we will agree how many and how frequent our coaching sessions will be and I will offer you support on your journey to personal and organisational improvement. Coaching normally lasts two to six months, with meetings or phone calls (about an hour) at intervals that suit your particular needs. I offer email support in between times if necessary. Bear in mind I will set you homework and expect you to do it!

Confidentiality is paramount and I subscribe to and work within the EMCC Code of Ethics.

From a personal perspective, you may also like to look at my other interests, as an artist and in our family antiques business, Anthony House Antiques.
