Working with Shelley has been extremely helpful in developing and improving the way that I’ve approached my leadership role and the challenges and duties this role brings. Her insightful questions and ability to draw out different perspectives and understandings of a situation have helped me to prepare for and reflect on interactions and challenges with the result of, in my view, improvements in my management and leadership.
